 We understand that committing to a fitness plan can be difficult. We also understand that budgets don’t always allow for as much training as you might like. With Partner Training you can save money while gaining support and accountability! Have fun with your spouse, partner, or friend while becoming healthy and fit.

 Our Transitions Program is an optional, post therapy program that is uniquely designed for each patient. Barbara will work with you to provide the proper direction you need to not only improve the situation for which you received therapy, but to also support your muscles, using a holistic approach to therapy

Transition Program: Level 1

 Once you have completed Level 1 of our Transition Program, you will be eligible to begin Level 2. This level will have you focusing on complete fitness with continued progression in the area(s) that need rehabilitation. Training with this method will create confidence, knowing that exercise can be done safely and effectively, while still being cautious not to aggravate any sensitive or weakened areas.

Nutrition Counseling

 Understanding your nutritional needs is vital to living a healthy lifestyle. To become healthier, you don’t need to give up all the foods you enjoy. Nutritional Counseling enables you to find out what and how much you need to eat – and when – to help lose or gain weight, sleep better, and become more energized and strengthened.
