Our Transitions Program is an optional, post-therapy program uniquely designed for each patient. Barbara will work with you to provide the proper direction you need to not only improve the situation for which you received therapy but also to support your muscles. This holistic approach to therapy includes elements of fitness equipment, nutrition counseling, and personal training to ensure comprehensive support.
Once you have completed Level 1 of our Transition Program, you will be eligible to begin Level 2. This level will have you focusing on complete fitness with continued progression in the area(s) that need rehabilitation. Utilizing the right fitness equipment during your training will create confidence, knowing that exercise can be done safely and effectively. Additionally, our personal training and nutrition counseling will ensure you are cautious not to aggravate any sensitive or weakened areas.
